A total of 166,938 students out of 262,933 who sat for the 2022 GCE Advanced Level Examination have qualified for university entrance.
The Department of Examinations released the results of the 2022 GCE Advanced Level Examination last evening.
Following are the island’s best results in the examination;
- Biology Stream – Pramudini Bashani Munasinghe of Sujatha Vidyalaya, Matara.
- Commerce Stream – P.K. Kavidini Dilsarani Tharushika of Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya, Colombo.
- Physical Science (Mathematics) Stream – Gonaduwage Maneth Banula Perera of Royal College, Colombo.
- Technology Stream – Ruchini Ahinsa Wickramaratne of Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo.
- Engineering Technology Stream – Samuditha Nayanapriya of Richmond College, Galle.
- Arts Stream – Sachini Sathsarani of St. Joseph’s Girls College, Kegalle. (NewsWire)
