Dollar Rate today: USD selling rate steady at Rs. 340

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar across commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (08), compared to last Friday, with the selling rate steady at Rs. 340 in some banks.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 330.25, while the selling rate is also unchanged at Rs. 341.

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US dollar has decreased from Rs. 332.50 to Rs. 331.25, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 341.50 to Rs. 340.25.

However, at People’s Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 330.93 to Rs. 330.20, while the selling rate has also decreased from Rs. 339.73 to Rs. 338.98.

Commercial Bank reports that the buying and selling rates have decreased from Rs. 329.44 to Rs. 328.94 and from Rs. 340.50 to Rs. 340, respectively.

At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates have decreased from Rs. 332.50 to Rs. 331.50 and from Rs. 341.50 to Rs. 340.50, respectively.
