The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has reminded taxpayers that the final tax payment for the 2025/2026 Year of Assessment is due on September 30, 2026.
The IRD urged taxpayers to ensure that the correct Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), tax type, Year of Assessment and Document Identification Number (DIN) are used when making payments.
The reminder comes alongside an IRD notice warning that interest and penalties will be imposed for non-payment or late payment of taxes.
The department has also stressed that interest imposed on late tax payments will not be waived or reduced.
Taxpayers can make payments through the Online Tax Payment Platform, while designated bank branches also accept tax payments.
